1) Plaintiff makes this declaration pursuant to Section 27(a)(2) of the Securities Act of 1933 and/or Section 21D(a)(2) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended by the Private Securities Litigation Reform Act of 1995.
2) Plaintiff has reviewed a complaint and authorizes its filing and/or the filing of a Lead Plaintiff motion on Plaintiff's behalf.
