Class Action Lawsuit Filed Against National Debt Relief, LLC – Alleged Violations of The Telephone Consumer Protection Act

Kehoe Law Firm, P.C. is making consumers aware that on March 27, 2020, a class action lawsuit was filed against National Debt Relief, LLC in United States District Court, Central District of California, Western Division, alleging violations of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.

According to the complaint, “[b]eginning in or around 2019, [National Debt Relief] transmitted, by itself or through an intermediary or intermediaries, calls advertising its goods and services to Plaintiff’s telephone number without Plaintiff’s ‘prior express written consent.'” The Plaintiff, allegedly received “automated calls” on her cellular phone from (805) 271-6570 and (805) 669-1665.
