Kehoe Law Firm, P.C. is making consumers aware of the following Telephone Consumer Protection Act (“TCPA”) class action lawsuit filings:
Skyline Energy Savers, Inc.

Class action lawsuit filed on March 6, 2020 against Skyline Energy Savers, Inc. and other defendants, as of yet unknown, in United States District Court, Eastern District of California.  Allegedly, the Plaintiff was contacted on Plaintiff’s cellular telephone numbers with solicitation calls from telephone numbers (408) 819-9781, (530) 392-9040, (530) 204-5518, and (916) 747-1108.

Simple Flow LLC

Class action lawsuit filed on March 6, 2020 against Simple Flow LLC and other defendants, as of yet unknown, in United States District Court, Eastern District of California.  Allegedly, the Plaintiff received solicitation calls on his cellular phone from telephone numbers (714) 430-8134 and (516) 404-0641.

American Honda Finance Corporation

Class action lawsuit filed on March 9, 2020 against American Honda Finance Corporation and other defendants, as of yet unknown, in United States District Court, Central District of California. Allegedly, the Plaintiff was contacted from (866) 950-7780 on Plaintiff’s cellular phone “in an effort to collect an alleged debt owed from Plaintiff.”  Allegedly, “[in] or about April and May of 2019, Plaintiff began receiving numerous calls from [American Honda Finance Corporation].”

KS Statebank Corporation

Class action lawsuit filed on March 10, 2020 against KS Statebank Corporation in United States District Court, District of Arizona.  Allegedly, KS Statebank Corporation “caused . . . automated text messages to be transmitted to Plaintiff’s cellular telephone number” from (623) 526-8414, examples of which from the complaint are as follows:

Jack In The Box Inc.

Class action lawsuit filed on March 9, 2020 against Jack in the Box Inc. in United States District Court, District of Nevada.  Allegedly, the Plaintiff received unsolicited marketing text messages from Jack in the Box.  An example in the class action complaint of a text message the Plaintiff received “from short code 43972” is as follows:

Preferred Group Properties, Inc. d/b/a Harcourts Prime Properties

Class action lawsuit filed on March 9, 2020 in United States District Court, Central District of California against Preferred Group Properties, Inc., d/b/a Harcourts Prime Properties.  Allegedly, the Plaintiff received “unsolicited, autodialed cold calls” on Plaintiff’s cell phone “from a multitude of Harcourts Prime realtors.”  The Plaintiff, allegedly, received calls from the following telephone numbers: (949) 244-7157, (949) 677-5053, (949) 630-5511, (949) 283-2833, (949) 689-5415, (562) 884-0378.

Xpress Web Marketing

Class action lawsuit filed on March 10, 2020 in United States District Court, Southern District of California, against Xpress Web Marketing.  Allegedly, Xpress Web Marketing contacted the Plaintiff on the Plaintiff’s cellular telephone in an effort “to solicit Plaintiff to purchase Defendant’s services.”
