Check Point Securities Investigation Following Stock Declines

Kehoe Law Firm, P.C. is investigating potential securities claims on behalf of investors of Check Point Software Technologies Ltd. (“Check Point” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ: CHKP) following the Company’s April 2026 disclosures concerning changes to its go-to-market strategy and the resulting decline in its stock price.

On April 30, 2026, Check Point announced its first-quarter 2026 financial results and disclosed that product revenue had been impacted by go-to-market changes implemented at the beginning of the quarter, creating near-term headwinds in its security appliance business. During the accompanying earnings call, management stated that these changes would have a short-term impact on the business and negatively affect the Company’s 2026 revenue projections.

Previously, Check Point had told investors that it had strengthened its go-to-market engine and was better positioned to accelerate growth in its firewall business. The Company’s subsequent disclosures concerning the impact of its go-to-market changes raise questions about its earlier statements and disclosures to investors.

Following the April 30, 2026 disclosures, Check Point’s share price fell $27.49 per share, or 19.64%, closing at $112.47 per share.

Additionally, on November 2, 2026, Check Point reported third-quarter revenue of approximately $670 million, a 1% year-over-year decline. Following the announcement, Check Point shares declined more than 4% during intraday trading.
