Did You Suffer Losses Investing in Lululemon (LULU)?

On November 2, 2026, a securities class action complaint was filed against lululemon athletica inc. (“Lululemon” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ: LULU) and certain Company executives in United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.

The class action lawsuit was filed on behalf of all persons and entities other than Defendants that purchased or otherwise acquired Lululemon securities between March 18, 2026 and September 3, 2026, both dates inclusive (the “Class Period”).

What Does the Lululemon Class Action Allege?

According to the complaint, Lululemon and certain executives made materially false or misleading statements or failed to disclose material information concerning the Company’s business, store traffic, product demand, and turnaround plan.

Specifically, the complaint alleges that Defendants failed to disclose that 1) store traffic and product demand were significantly deteriorating amid negative media and social-media commentary and softer-than-planned new product launches; 2) these issues were likely to negatively affect the Company’s business and reputation and render its fiscal 2026 financial guidance unrealistic; 3) Defendants downplayed the scope and severity of those issues; and 4) Defendants overstated the strength and durability of Lululemon’s business and turnaround plan, particularly in North America and mainland China.

On June 4, 2026, Lululemon lowered its fiscal 2026 net revenue guidance to $11.000 billion–$11.150 billion from $11.350 billion–$11.500 billion and its diluted earnings-per-share guidance to $10.95–$11.15 from $12.10–$12.30. Management also discussed reduced store traffic and softer-than-planned product launches. Following these disclosures, Lululemon shares fell $10.69, or 8.56%, to close at $114.23 on June 5, 2026.

On September 3, 2026, Lululemon reported approximately $2.42 billion in second-quarter revenue and further reduced its fiscal 2026 net revenue guidance to $10.350 billion–$10.500 billion and diluted earnings-per-share guidance to $9.48–$9.73. Management discussed continued negative commentary affecting traffic and inconsistent responses to product launches. Following these disclosures, Lululemon shares fell $21.16, or 17.38%, to close at $100.61 on September 4, 2026.

January 4, 2027 Lead Plaintiff Deadline

Lululemon investors have until January 4, 2027 to move the Court to seek appointment as lead plaintiff. Investors do not need to seek appointment as lead plaintiff to remain a member of the proposed class.
